Nikki's Gourmet & Sushi bar opens this week | Business

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WECT) – Nikki’s Gourmet & Sushi Bar will officially open this week in Carolina Beach.

The restaurant’s owner, bought and revamped the old family-owned restaurant, Mama Mia’s, that used to stand in the same location. According to the Greater Wilmington Business Journal, customers won’t recognize the space when it reopens.

The new Nikki’s location will have a full bar and will offer the full menu as seen at their other five locations in the area.

The Greater Wilmington Business Journal is reporting there will be an open house Thursday evening from 6-9 featuring food and drink.

The restaurant will be open year-round, Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
