Operation Medicine Drop takes place in Kure Beach
KURE BEACH, NC (WECT) – Do you have expired or unwanted medication left in your medicine cabinet that you want to get rid of?
A medicine drop event is taking place in Kure Beach Saturday to ensure these drugs are safely disposed of.
This method will keep these drugs out of the hands of children, out of the hands of drug addicts and out of our coastal waters.
Please bring any expired or unwanted prescription or over-the-counter medicines to the Kure Beach Police Department Saturday, March 24 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
