There's a new police chief in town | News
CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WECT) – The town manager for Carolina Beach announced Tuesday night there’s a new police chief in town.
Former Police Captain Kurt Bartley is now the new top cop.
Bartley has been filling in as interim chief since former chief William Younginer resigned in December.
