Tide causes flooding in Carolina Beach | News

PLEASURE ISLAND, NC
(WECT) - The tide caused some flooding problems in Carolina Beach Friday
morning.

The water was 2 to 3
inches deep in some places. Even though the road was blocked off, cars still
took a chance and drove through the flooding.

After talking to people
that have lived in the area for years, they say this is not as bad as flooding
has been in the past, but regardless it's still frustrating.
