All lanes on the Snow's Cut Bridge to open in May | News

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WECT) – Relief is on the way when it comes to traffic headaches on the Snow's Cut Bridge. DOT crews have been working on the southbound lanes of the bridge since November. 

According to Ben Hughes with the DOT bridge maintenance department, their goal is to have all four lanes of the bridge open by between May 14 and  May 22, just before summer traffic. After the summer months crews will begin to work on the northbound lanes in the fall on October 1st.
